map of australia

New Zealand is a country of rare seismic beauty: glacial mountains, fast-flowing rivers, deep, clear lakes, hissing geysers and boiling mud. There are abundant forest reserves, long, deserted beaches and a variety of fauna endemic to its shores. To the west, lies the enormous country of Australia, also offering a wealth of travel experiences, from the drama of the outback and the marine spectacle of the Great Barrier Reef to cosmopolitan Sydney and some of the best beaches in the world.

Within these two countries one can engage in any number of vigorous outdoor activities - hiking, skiing, rafting, diving and, even bungee jumping and jet-boating await the adventurous. You can swim with dolphins, gambol with newborn lambs, whale-watch or fish, or if you would prefer, engage in wine tasting or attend the opera.

The people of these two countries, bound in cultures that meld European with native ancestry, are resourceful, helpful and overwhelmingly friendly. That, combined with a highly developed travel and transportation infrastructure, also allows for interesting self-guided travel throughout the region.

As always, your own personal interests and desires are paramount, and of course the season in which you would like to travel, as well as the total length of your trip will have an impact on where you might want to travel, so please contact us anytime and we would be happy to discuss the options with you.
